Emy MIDI Serial - Speech synthesizers

This firmware works both on Emy 2018 and 2019 editions.
It allows Emy to behave like a MIDI instrument over Serial MIDI (available on request for Terminal.)

Use MIDI note to trigger a Phoneme (MIDI note OFF is not used)
Respond to Velocity, Pitch, and Mod (for Bending)
