Emy MIDI USB - Speech synthesizers

This firmware works both on Emy 2018 and 2019 editions.
It allows Emy to behave like a MIDI instrument over USB.

Just plug a USB cable and choose “Adafruit Feather M0” as MIDI out.

Use MIDI note to trigger a Phoneme (MIDI note OFF is not used)
Respond to Velocity, Pitch and Mod (for Bending)
